ABOUT 

I grew up around all kinds of different animals and have been an animal lover for my entire life and have always been especially fascinated by the Maine Coon. This cat breed is, in my opinion, "the" perfect cat. When asked by my husband what I wanted for my 50th birthday, a Maine Coon kitten was my answer. Wanting to own a pure bred Maine Coon had been a dream for so many years! 

Beginning the search, we figured that with how popular the Maine Coon breed is, it wouldn't be that hard to find a quality kitten. Well, we were wrong, it is- very hard. The hardest part was sorting out the scammers from the legitimate breeders, which there are unfortunately a plethora of. I wasn't even thinking about breeding or "breeding rights" back then, I just wanted to find a healthy kitten from a reputable breeder. Eventually and luckily, we found one only a three hour drive away from us.In October, six months after beginning the search, we brought home a gorgeous Black Silver Classic Tabby female kitten, which I named, "Uno", who quickly made me realize that the saying, "You can't have just one", definitely applies to cats as well as potato chips.

By the time Uno was six months old, and remembering the experience that we had went through to find my "birthday kitten", my thoughts turned to potentially becoming a breeder myself. ​ I have since spent my time educating myself on responsible breeding practices, cattery management, feline husbandry, and currently- feline nutrition- while sourcing the best possible breeding cats to become my foundation line.

 

If all goes as planned and our breeding cats pass all their health tests, we will be ready to welcome our first litter in 2025! Our cattery is located just south of central Ohio, near Circleville -home to the famous annual Circleville Pumpkin Show, said to be "the greatest free show on Earth"!

GOALS

The starting goal of our cattery has been to obtain our breeding cats from different geographical areas and diverse lines. This promotes stronger genetics and more robust immune health in future generations.

 

We want our future "kitten clients" to be safe in the knowledge that their new little one is not only well socialized and exceptional in appearance, but most importantly, in the best health possible.
